Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Nabaana pieces as much as we loved making them.
If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility
  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items
  • Custom designs or personalized products can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Items bought on final sale/clearance are not eligible for return.

3. How to Start a Return
  • Email us at support@nabaana.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if damaged/defective).

  • Our team will reply within 24–48 hours with next steps and a return address.

4. Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you of approval.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or the wrong product was sent.

5. Exchanges
  • Want a different size or design? We’re happy to exchange if stock is available.

  • If the requested item is sold out, we’ll process a refund instead.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
  • If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, first check with your bank or payment provider.
