Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your Nabaana pieces as much as we loved making them.
If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Custom designs or personalized products can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Items bought on final sale/clearance are not eligible for return.

3. How to Start a Return

Email us at support@nabaana.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if damaged/defective).

Our team will reply within 24–48 hours with next steps and a return address.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you of approval.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or the wrong product was sent.

5. Exchanges

Want a different size or design? We’re happy to exchange if stock is available.

If the requested item is sold out, we’ll process a refund instead.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, first check with your bank or payment provider.
